Zorba Rentals handles information that you send through our website or through Facebook Messenger. This can include:

• Facebook profile details supplied by Meta, such as your name, Page-scoped identifier, and profile image
• Messenger message content exchanged with the Zorba Rentals Facebook Page
• Message attachments, including images and files you choose to send
• Message timestamps and delivery or read status
• Website inquiry details you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, room preference, and message

• To receive, organize, and reply to rental inquiries
• To let authorized Zorba Rentals staff follow up on a conversation
• To protect the inbox, investigate errors, and maintain service reliability

We do not sell Messenger conversations or website inquiry information.

Facebook Messenger information is first processed by Meta. Zorba Rentals then stores the information needed for the shared admin inbox using our database provider, and serves the website through our hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

We keep inquiry and conversation information only as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage rental operations, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. The shared inbox is restricted to authenticated Zorba Rentals admins. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use access controls and protected server credentials to reduce risk.
